Merge Purchase Orders
The Merge RFQs / Purchase Orders feature in Odoo helps users easily merge multiple
RFQs from the same vendor into a single purchase order. It offers flexible merge options
that let you create a new purchase order or merge into an existing one.
You can also choose to automatically cancel or delete the original RFQs after merging,
keeping your records clean and organized. The feature includes validation checks to
ensure all selected RFQs are from the same vendor and that at least two RFQs are chosen
before merging. This makes managing vendor RFQs easier, faster,
and more accurate within Odoo.

Validations
If the selected purchase orders have different vendors, a warning will appear: “Partners must be the same in both Purchase Orders”.
You must select at least two purchase orders to merge; otherwise, a warning will appear:
“You must select at least two purchase orders to merge”.
Functionality Overview :
Go to the Purchase application.
Select multiple orders in either the RFQ or RFQ Sent stage.
From the Action menu, choose Merge Purchase Orders.
You will be prompted to choose one of the following four merge options :

1. Create a new order by merging selected orders and cancel the originals
Creates a new purchase order by merging the selected orders.
Automatically cancels the original selected orders.
2. Create a new order by merging selected orders and delete the originals
Creates a new purchase order by merging the selected orders.
Automatically deletes the original selected orders.
3. Select an existing order, merge other selected orders into it, and cancel the others
Allows you to select an existing purchase order.
Merges the other selected orders into it and automatically cancels the remaining ones.
4. Select an existing order, merge other selected orders into it, and delete the others
Allows you to select an existing purchase order.
