Create Task For Support

User can see create task wizard and click on 'CREATE' button.

User can see smart button of 'Tasks' and click on that button to open create task.

User can fill timesheet for support ticket and click on 'SET TO CLOSE' button to close ticket.

Create Invoice For Support Ticket

Once the ticket is closed, create invoice button will be visible, user can create invoice for the support ticket.

After clicking on create invoice button, User can see 'Invoices' smart button in support ticket form view.

Escalate Team

If you want to assign this ticket to higher level/parent team then you can use this button. After using this button helpdesk team and team leader will be change as per parent team. If you are in parent level then you can not escalate team.
