E-commerce Appointment Scheduling Software Odoo App improves the process of scheduling appointments for users. Through the user-friendly portal, customers input the necessary details to book appointments. They can easily select available time slots, with a prompt alerting them if the slot is already booked. Users can also manage appointments seamlessly. Additionally, they can register payments for booked appointments. As a convenient feature, appointees receive reminder emails containing appointment details, ensuring smooth communication and organization.
Manage The Appointments
User can easily booked an appointment by entering certain information and an appointment will be booked.
Create Appointees Group
Admin can create appointees group or category and select an appointees.
Create Appointees Time Slots
Admin can create type of appointment with selection of appointees and set the time slots for booking an appointment.
Book an Appointment from the Portal
User can fill up certain details and easily booked an appointment from the portal.
Generate Appointment Invoice
Admin can generate an invoice for booked appointment and register the payment.
Auto Sent Email Reminder
Appointees will get an email notification about booked appointments with details.
Appointments Model
Appointees Group Menu
User can create appointees group by creating appointee category and select appointee.
Appointees Menu
User can create or set the details of appointment for specific appointee.
User have option to set appointee specialty, work experience and charge of appointment.
Appointees Slot Menu
User can create appointees slot by creating appointment slot name, selection of users and type of slot and timings.
Auto Sent Email Reminder Configuration
User have to enable 'Auto Sent Email Reminder' option to automatically sent email to appointee.
Create Appointment from the Portal
User can create or book an appointment directly from the portal.
User can book an appointment by selecting appointment category then select the date for appointment and based on that appointees should be displayed with time slot.
When user tries to book a time slot and if it is already allocated to someone else, Denied popup raised.
Once user select non allocated time shot the 'Book Now' button shown in green color then fill up the other details and click on 'Book Appointment' button to book an appointment.
Appointment Sent Successfully
Appointments Menu
User can view the list of created appointments in the back-end.
User can view the created appointment with details then confirm the appointment by clicking on 'CONFIRM' button.
User can create an invoice of the appointment by clicking on 'CREATE INVOICE' button.
User can select the payment terms for an appointment invoice and create an invoice.
Manage Appointment from the Portal
User can view the list of created appointment from the portal and easily manage it.
Display Invoices from the Portal
User can view the generated appointment invoices by clicking on 'Invoices' button in the portal.
User can use the communication chatter with attachment to solving appointment related queries.
User can view the generated appointment invoices and pay it directly from the portal.
User have to select the payment provider and pay it.
Register Payment for Appointment Invoice
User can view the selected payment provider in the chatter and register the payment.
Cron for Appointment Reminder to Appointee
Email Notification for Appointment Reminder
Appointee get an email notification about appointment with details.
Cancel Appointment
User can cancel the confirmed appointment by clicking on 'CANCELLED' button.
Display Time Slots and Appointments in Appointee Form
Appointee can view the created time slots for appointments and booked appointments with status in form view.
