Education Management Access Rights
Admin can give an access rights for administrator, director, faculty, parent and student.
Manage the School Fees
Admin can managing the school fees of the student.
Create Fees Structure
Admin can create the fees structure of the students.
Manage Fees Receipt
Admin can create fees receipt then confirm or pending receipt of the student.
Manage Fees Register
Admin can register the student fees payslip and confirm it.
Generate Invoice of the Fees
Admin or student can register the fees payment and generate an invoice.
Email Notification Regarding School Fees Payment
Student will get an email notification regarding school fees pending and paid.
Print Student Receipt Report
Admin or student can print student receipt or payslip report in PDF format.
Education Management Access Rights
Under user configuration give an education management access rights for 'Administrator', 'Faculty', 'Parent' and 'Student'.

School Configuration
Admin can configure the school with details
Admin can set student, faculty, parent, religion, standard, noticeboard, document type, grade, mother tongue, course and division detail under school configuration.
Admin can set years and months detail under academic year configuration.
Admin can set subject and subject elective detail under subject configuration.
Admin can set classes detail under assign roll number configuration.
Admin can set medium of standard.
Admin can set alumni/terminate students details and admission register details under school configuration.
Fees Structure Menu
Under Education Management -> Fees -> Fees Structure menu in that admin can create fees structure with details.
Fees Receipt Menu
Admin can view the listed fees receipts.
Confirm Fees Receipt
Once configured fees structure, Admin can confirm fees receipt by clicking on 'CONFIRM' button.
Under 'Other Information' tab admin can view the fees related extra information.
Admin can send email notification regarding pending fees.
Email Notification Regarding School Fees Pending
Student would get an email notification regarding school fees pending.
Reset to Draft Fees Receipt
Admin can reset to draft fees receipt by clicking on 'RESET TO DRAFT' button.
Once fees receipt in draft stage, Confirm the fees receipt by clicking on 'CONFIRM' button.
Admin or student can make the payment by clicking on 'PAYMENT' button.
Admin or student can confirm the invoice by selecting fees id and register the payment.
Admin or student can view the paid fees receipt and also view the invoice under smart button of 'Invoice'.
Admin or student can send email notification regarding paid fees.

Student would get an email notification regarding school fees paid.
Print Student Receipt
Admin or student can print student receipt under 'Print' menu.
Student Receipt Report in PDF Format

Admin can view the list of fees register.
