Education Transport Management Odoo App is designed to efficiently manage student transportation services, ensuring safe and organized pickup and drop-off operations. This app simplifies the complex logistics of school bus management by providing tools to assign routes, manage vehicle details, and schedule transportation for students seamlessly. It enables institutions to maintain accurate records of student transport registrations, assigned routes, and pick-up/drop-off locations, ensuring a streamlined process for both parents and school staff. User can create transport information with configured vehicle information, transport start and end date, total passenger and manager. Admin can register the transportation and generate an invoice based on transportation charge also print student transport details in PDF format.
Education Management Access Rights
Admin can give an access rights for administrator, director, faculty, parent and student.
Create Transport Info
Admin can create transport information in that configured vehicle information.
Manage Transport Register
Admin can create or manage transport register by adding transport amount and duration.
Generate an Invoice for Transport
Admin can generate an invoice for transport amount and register the payment.
Manage Student Details
Admin can manage student details with their transport information.
Print Student Transport Information
Admin or student can print school transport information in PDF format.
Education Management Access Rights
Under user configuration give an education management access rights for 'Administrator', 'Faculty', 'Parent' and 'Student'.
Education Management Model
School Configuration
Admin can configure the school with details.
Admin can set student, faculty, parent, religion, standard, noticeboard, document type, grade, mother tongue, course and division detail under school configuration.
Admin can set years and months detail under academic year configuration.
Admin can set subject and subject elective detail under subject configuration.
Admin can set classes detail under assign roll number configuration.
Admin can set medium of standard.
Admin can set alumni/terminate students details and admission register details under school configuration.
Transport Info Menu
Under Education Management -> Transport -> Transport Info menu in that admin can create transport information with configured vehicle information.
Transport Register Menu
Admin or user can view the list of school transport register.
Make the Payment of Transport
Admin can create transport registration by selection of the transport student, vehicle number, transport name then set monthly amount and month duration and also set transport duration.
Admin can register the transport payment by clicking on 'PAYMENT' button.
Generated Transport Invoice
Admin or student can view the generated transport invoice and register the payment.
Done the Transport Registration
Once transport invoice paid, Admin can done the registration of the transport.
Student Details Menu
Admin can create student details with configured transport details.
Print Transport Info Report
Admin or student can print student transport information under 'Print' menu.
