Task Deadline Manager Odoo App helps you manage tasks by automatically assigning deadlines when tasks are saved without specific timelines. Users can set a grace period, which appears in the overall deadline configuration. In addition, users can easily update task deadlines, provide a reason for the modification, and receive email notifications for any deadline changes. This odoo app offers an accurate view of the deadline history for all tasks, growing acceptance and accountability in task management processes.

Allow/Disallow Auto Deadline

User have access to allow or disallow auto deadline and set task grace time in days.

Update Task Deadline with Reason

User can update the task deadline with selection of reason and adding comment.

Email Notification for Deadline Updation

Email notification sent while updating the task deadline.

Manage Deadline History

User can view the deadline history of task with reason.

Auto Deadline Configuration

In project under 'Settings' tab user have option to enable 'Allow Auto Deadline' checkbox and set the default task grace time in days.

Reason For Deadline Update Menu

Goto Project -> Configuration -> Reason For Deadline Update menu in that user can create a reasons for update the deadline.

Create Task

User can create a task without set the deadline.

Once user select auto deadline configured project, Deadline should be automatically set according to grace time.

User can update the task deadline by clicking on 'Update Deadline' option.

Update Deadline Wizard

User have to enter the new deadline, Select the reason and also adding the comment for update the task deadline.

Email Notification for Deadline Updation

User can view email notification about updation of task deadline.

Task Deadline History

User can view the deadline history of specific task by clicking on 'Deadline History' smart button.

Deadline History Menu

Goto Project -> Configuration -> Deadline History menu in that user can view deadline history of all task.

This Odoo app can not be used with Odoo Online (SaaS).

Yes, Starting version 13.0, Every version of the module is sold separately.

How can I install the module I bought ?

You need to copy paste the module that is inside the zip file to your addons folder. If you are installing the module into an existing database, you need to enable the Technical Features to click on Apps > Update Modules List. Your new module will now appear in the list of modules that you can install.
