WhatsApp Feature Access Rights
User have access to enable/disable WhatsApp feature for sales, purchase, stock, CRM, account and send WhatsApp quick.
WhatsApp Configuration
User can configure the WhatsApp by adding WhatsApp token, instance id and authenticate by QR code.
Send WhatsApp Message Quick
Order creation loads product, price, quantity, and UOM from sale order.User can quickly send message on WhatsApp using send WhatsApp quick feature.
Send Attachment by URL on WhatsApp
User can send any attachment by URL on WhatsApp message.
Send By WhatsApp and Send Direct By WhatsApp
If user want to changes in message then use send by WhatsApp otherwise use send direct by WhatsApp.
Send Order Confirm or Validate Message on WhatsApp
User have option to automatic send confirm or validate message of quotation, delivery and invoice on WhatsApp.
Customer Due Payment on WhatsApp
User can send customer due payment with details on WhatsApp.
WhatsApp Message History in Chatter
User can view WhatsApp message history of sales order, purchase order, delivery order, CRM, invoice and payment in chatter.
WhatsApp Feature Access Rights
Under user configuration, User have option to enable/disable WhatsApp feature for Sales, CRM, Stock, Account, Purchase and send whatsapp quick.
WhatsApp Configuration
Under General Settings, User have to set WhatsApp Token, instance id and authenticate WhatsApp by QR Code to connect WhatsApp in Odoo.
User have to enable 'Send Quotation Details in WhatsApp Message' option to send quotation confirmation message in WhatsApp while quotation confirm.
User have to enable 'Send Invoice Details in WhatsApp Message' option to send invoice confirmation message in WhatsApp while invoice validate and confirm.
User have to enable 'Send Delivery Details in WhatsApp Message' option to send delivery confirmation message in WhatsApp while delivery validate.
Quick WhatsApp
User can directly send the message in WhatsApp using quick WhatsApp.
User have to just choose the recipient or enter the WhatsApp number and add the message to send in whatsApp.

User can send sale quotation details using 'SEND BY WHATSAPP' button in sale quotation.
