5. Account Overview
Account Code:A unique identifier (100202) that distinguishes this account in the Chart of Accounts. Type:Classified under Current Assets, ensuring correct placement in the balance sheet and cash flow reports. Account Name:The descriptive title — Bank Suspense Account — indicating its purpose for temporary or unidentified bank transactions.
6. Company-wise Chart of Accounts
The Chart of Accounts screen in Odoo, grouped by company. Two highlighted sections — IN Company (82) and OctagoTech (83) — indicate the number of accounts assigned to each company. Filters for active accounts and company selection are also visible at the top.
