Inventory valuation, any date, any warehouse.
Reconstruct the exact value of your stock at month-end, year-end, or audit date, filtered by warehouse, location, category, and lot, then export straight to PDF or Excel.
Odoo's native stock valuation only shows today's number. Accountants and controllers closing the books need to know what inventory was worth on a specific past date, sliced by warehouse, location, category, and lot, with clean PDF and Excel evidence for auditors. Rebuilding that by hand from move history is slow and error-prone.
Generate a valuation snapshot for any date, in seconds. Filter by warehouse, location, category, lot/serial, and ownership, compare two dates side by side, then pivot, graph, and export the exact figures your auditors and management expect.
Everything a stock valuation report needs
Every capability below is implemented in the module.
Valuation On Any Date
Reconstruct the exact inventory value at any past date from done stock moves, valued at standard cost — built for month-end, year-end, and audit closing.
Multi-Date Comparison
Set a second comparison date on the same report to see quantity, value, and the difference side by side, without running two separate reports.
Full Filter Set
Filter by warehouse, stock location, product category, and product in a single report form, so every dimension you need is one screen, not scattered across apps.
Lot & Serial Valuation
Optionally group valuation lines by lot or serial number, with lot-specific standard cost applied automatically for lot-valuated products.
Owned vs. Non-Owned Goods
Exclude consignment and other third-party-owned stock from booked valuation with a single toggle, so reported value matches what your company actually owns.
On-Screen Pivot & Graph Analysis
Explore valuation lines in a pivot table or bar graph, grouped by category and date, before you export — no need to regenerate the report to change a view.
PDF & Excel Export
Print an audit-ready PDF or export a full Excel workbook of the same filtered data, including comparison columns when a second date is set.
Scheduled Monthly Generation
Enable a monthly scheduled action to generate valuation reports automatically, so month-end snapshots are ready without manual work.
Role-Based Access
Restrict who can view and generate valuation reports with dedicated User and Manager permission groups, keeping sensitive inventory value data controlled.

Analyze
Switch to the pivot or graph view to slice value by category, date, or location before deciding what to export.
Export
Print the PDF or download the Excel workbook, matching exactly what you see on screen.

Frequently asked
Can I see what my inventory was worth on a specific past date?
Yes. Set any valuation date and the report reconstructs value from done stock moves as of that date, not just the current live figure.
Does it work with my configured costing method?
Yes. Valuation uses each product's (or lot's) standard price, the same figure your costing method already maintains, so reported values reconcile with your accounting.
Can I exclude inventory I don't own, like consignment stock?
Yes. An owned vs. non-owned toggle lets you exclude consignment and other third-party-owned goods from booked valuation.
What export formats are supported?
Both PDF and Excel (XLSX). Exports mirror exactly the filtered data and columns shown on screen, including comparison columns when enabled.
