Project View
After installing the module, navigate to the Project application. Select your project.
It shows new field called Equipments where you can assign equipments used in this project.
At the top, you will also find Site Reports. Please click the Collaborators smart button to proceed.
Add Collaborators
You will then be taken to the Collaborators view, where you can assign team members to this project.
Equipments Menu
Equipment can be added via the Configuration menu, under Project Equipment..

This is where you can add all the equipment available in your company..
Portal Views
Click Projects App
You will see a list of all available projects, each with a Site Monitoring button
After clicking it, you will be directed to the site monitoring form view.
Here, you can include details such as the date, manpower count, activities, equipment details, and more.
After submission, you can view the history of submitted reports, as shown here.
At the backend, users can access all site reports via the Site Reports menu
Site Report
By selecting any report, you will see all the details for that specific site, such as project name, reported date, and the person who reported it and also the Safety & Housekeeping details provided by the site reporter.
Activities
It also shows the Activities that the portal user included in this site report.
Equipments
Equipment details provided by the site reporter are also displayed here.
Report Print
You can also print this specific site report by clicking the Print button.

Weekly Site Report Menu
You can also print a weekly site report by selecting the Weekly Site Report option from the main reporting menu.

A window will pop up where you must provide the start date, end date, and project name to print the weekly site report. Adding a report logo is optional.
