Once the DooRules AI connector is installed, you will see the tool's icon anywhere in the application.
The module is developed so that from any Odoo model, for example: Sales, we can navigate to the AI tool while still having the context of the ERP.
Once authenticated in the AI, we can work with all the information sent to us by the ERP (the information is encoded, and only the AI can extract it).
With that information we can have a conversation with the AI, which will respond to us based on that context.
And all the rules that are created, including the generated json file, contain fields from the sale.
Once the context is removed, the AI maintains the entire conversation based on general business rules, which is its standard mode.
