Cost Estimation
Cost Estimation Module helps to create cost estimates from a CRM pipeline and also be able to create quotation and sales order, based on this CRM lead.
Set up the configuration of cost estimation module
First, you can add the product details for Cost Estimation, based on the CRM Lead.
After setting up the product detail, Go to the New Estimation As per below image.
Set the Unit Prices and Taxes of the product and save it. So cost estimate number is generate. And the state of this order is in draft.
When you click on"Approve button, cost estimation is approved and state is change to approve
In Approve state of cost estimation, user can create quotation of product by clickin on Create Quotation.
You can send cost estimation to customer by applying "Send By Mail". And Here you can also cancel cost estimation by clicking Cancel.
You can send cost estimate to your customer by email.
User can also get report of cost estimation.
Here you can see quotation created from cost estimation.
