Features

  • Enable compatibility between your IP-based ESC/POS printer and Odoo Point of Sale.
  • After installing the app, printing POS tickets and receipts doesn’t require an IoT Box.
  • Connect your POS printer to the same network as your Odoo POS.
  • Within the configuration menu, set the printer's IP address and port.

Setup For Restaurant Receipt

  • Enable the Preparation Printers configuration.
  • Enter the printer IP address and port number inside the Point of Sale => Settings =>Order Printers enter the printer's IP address, and use an custom esc/pos printer.

  • Click on Order to print restaurant receipt using network printer.



Setup For Order Receipt

  • Enter the printer IP address and port number inside the Point of Sale => Configuration => Settings
  • Enable the Automatic Receipt Printing configuration.

  • Click on validate to print using network printer

I using this two add-on and everything works good , but i have a question when i turn off printer then opening it , and also if laptop going sleep then opening it , odoo didn't responded to making any print , until i making a restart for laptop , can i know how to fixing it ?

Q. We have been working with this type of modules since v14 and we have printing errors in the order, for example when there are more than 15 order lines or more to print on a network printer. Can this also happen with your module?

A. No matter how many lines there are, it will work smoothly.


Q. To print on POS printers with the Xprinter driver, what do I need to install?

A. No installation is required. Just ensure your printer and your Odoo server are on the same network.


Q. To solve any problems, do you provide support on this module?

A. Yes, we will provide support if there is any issue with the Network Printer.
