This module uses a lightweight print engine client that runs on Windows, Ubuntu,
Android
devices, and Raspberry Pi, enabling fast, reliable, and cross-platform printing
support.
- Supports all kinds of ESC/POS thermal network & USB printers.
- You don’t need to install any printer drivers or connect your printer to the system with wires. The Print Engine Client directly manages all network printers.
- A stable internet connection is required on the device where the print engine client is running.
- Once you purchase the application, please contact us at support@creyox.com with your purchase order number to receive the Print Engine Client and setup documentation.

Configuration Guide
Follow the steps below to configure & start printing from Odoo POS.
- Navigate to the Point of Sale menu.
- Click Settings.
- Search for the Connected Devices section.
- Enable the ePos Printer toggle in Connected Devices.
- A printer selection dropdown will appear once enabled.
- Select the printer you want to use for printing POS order receipts.
- Go to your POS Settings.
- Search for the Preparation option.
- Enable it to activate kitchen receipt printing.
- Enable the Preparation Printer option.
- Click Add Printer to add a new preparation printer.
- Or click Manage Printers to update an existing one.
- Go to Manage Printers.
- Select the preparation printer you created.
- In Printer Type, enable Use a Custom Printer.
- From the dropdown, select the specific printer you wish to use.
- Open a POS Session and create an order.
- Use the Send option to manually send kitchen receipts.
- If auto receipt printing is enabled, receipts will print automatically.
