Module Information
Manage Web Access For User
This module provides field-level access control based on user groups. It allows the administrator to restrict the visibility of specific field values for certain users. When a user group is selected along with a model and fields, the module ensures that the selected field values are hidden for users in the specified group.
Key Features
- enhances data privacy by allowing administrators to define which field values should be hidden from users based on their group membership.
- When a restricted user tries to view a record, the module overrides the read method to replace the actual field values with placeholders or custom values set in the configuration.
- This allows the admin to mask sensitive data based on business needs.
(Activate) The Deskent web access module
go to the setting
in setting go to technical menu and click on web access user
Then click on the new button.
now add name select model,select group of user,select field and last select characeter which you want to dsiplay to the user instead of the value.
Go to that model and see it.
