Back Order Fill Report
Back Order Fill Report Odoo App gives the sales and warehouse team a clean way to tell a customer exactly which lines from their order are still waiting and which lines are now ready to go. A single PDF gathers every pending back-order line for one customer in one place, with the source order, product, ordered quantity, and the quantity that is currently available.
Open any customer, hit Send Back Order in the header, and the report is emailed to them straight away with the PDF attached. To save the team from doing this by hand, a daily scheduled job runs each morning and sends fresh back-order emails to every customer with assigned lines that they have not been notified about yet.
It also helps the warehouse: outgoing delivery move lines show the bin location each item is being picked from, so pickers know where to walk. A solid fit for distributors, B2B suppliers, retailers, and any business that often ships partial deliveries and wants the customer in the loop.

Send Back Order Button
A button in the header of the customer form emails the back-order report straight to that customer in one click.
Customer Back-Order PDF
A clean PDF lists the customer's address and every pending back-order line: source order, product, ordered quantity, and quantity available.
Daily Automatic Emails
A scheduled job runs each day and mails every customer with assigned back-order lines they have not been told about yet, no manual sending.
Per-Picking Report
A second PDF, "BackOrders", can be printed straight from any transfer screen, with a barcode and the customer's delivery details on the page.
Bin Location On Move Lines
Outgoing delivery move lines display the bin location each item is being picked from, so pickers know exactly where to walk in the warehouse.
Send Back Order Button On Customer
A "Send Back Order" button sits in the header of the customer form; clicking it mails the customer their back-order report with every pending line they are waiting for.
Customer Back-Order Report
The PDF shows the company logo, customer address block, and a table of every back-order line for that customer: Order (Origin), Product, Quantity, and Available Quantity.
Customer Inbox With Report Attached
The customer receives an email titled "Back Order Information" with a short message and the PDF report attached, so they have the full picture in one place.
Daily Scheduled Sender
A scheduled action named "Customer Backorder UP" runs each day and emails fresh back-order reports to every customer with assigned lines, with no manual click required.
