Coworking Space Management

This odoo application adds Coworking Space Management feature into the odoo. If you are running a Coworking Space then you can manage your Members and Memberships using this application. Create Membership for days,months,year. Activate Membership by generating invoice of membership. Configure floors, amenities, workspace access, tags and policy and configure workspace based on space type dedicated desk, dedicated cabin, meeeting room. Generate desks from the workspace. separate menu to see all desks. membership expired automatically based on expiry date. Also added mass mailing functionality to send the mail directly to all members. Create invoice based on payment type fully or monthly. send membership details to member into email with attachment of pdf report. Configure Access Request and Generate Payment for it if charge is applied. Also send mail when access request is submitted , approved or rejected and cancelled. Easily configure member by separate menu. Various kinds of reports are provided for better understanding.

  • Send email to user when member requests for approve the access request
  • Send email to member when access request is approved or rejected or cancelled.
  • Send email to all memebers directly by providing mass mailing feature.
  • Add Member Portal So members can see their memberships by logging into the portal.
  • Configure Deposit Journal and Membership Charge and Amenities Charge from the settings.

  • Separate menu for formatting the card to print member card pdf report
