Coworking Space Management

This odoo application adds Coworking Space Management feature into the odoo. If you are running a Coworking Space then you can manage your Members and Memberships using this application. Create Membership for days,months,year. Activate Membership by generating invoice of membership. Configure floors, amenities, workspace access, tags and policy and configure workspace based on space type dedicated desk, dedicated cabin, meeeting room. Generate desks from the workspace. separate menu to see all desks. membership expired automatically based on expiry date. Also added mass mailing functionality to send the mail directly to all members. Create invoice based on payment type fully or monthly. send membership details to member into email with attachment of pdf report. Configure Access Request and Generate Payment for it if charge is applied. Also send mail when access request is submitted , approved or rejected and cancelled. Easily configure member by separate menu. Various kinds of reports are provided for better understanding.

There is a 3 type of workspace.
- Dedicated Cabin : It will provide whole cabin with desks.
- Dedicated Desk : It will only provide particular desks.
- Meeting Room : It will provide whole room with desks.
Generate Desks from Workspace.
Seperate menu to see all desks.
Configure member from seperate menu
Create membership based on days,months,year
Load policy of workspace when creating membership.
Add functionality for generating deposit and refund deposit
Generate Invoice based on payment type fully and monthly
Send membership details to member into email with attachment of pdf report.
Cron :
- Add cron for membership expired automatically, It will expire based on expiry date of membership.
Configure Access Request From Separate Menu
Add Generate Payment functionality for paying the charge of access request if charge is applied.
Send email to user when member requests for approve the access request
Send email to member when access request is approved or rejected or cancelled.
Send email to all memebers directly by providing mass mailing feature.
Add Member Portal So members can see their memberships by logging into the portal.
Configure Deposit Journal and Membership Charge and Amenities Charge from the settings.

Fill all details

Workspace will show based on the space type and If workspace is occupied then that workspace will not show. Here space type is Dedicated Cabin so only workspace with space type Dedicated Cabin will show.

Add Additional Amenities

Charge of additional amenities will be counted

Load policy of workspace

Policy is loaded

Create deposit from here

Add amount and click on create

If shows warning

Configure deposit journal from here

Click on active

Shows Warning

If try to click on active without generating invoice then this warning will show.

Click on Generate Invoice

If shows warning

Configure Membership Charge and Amenities Charge From Here.

After Generating Invoice

Invoices linked with the membership

After activating the membership

Send email to the member

Email will be sent with the attachment of pdf report of membership

click on send rating mail button.

Click on any smily from email for rating

Write your detailed review about Membership and submit rating

member's feedback and rating is captured successfully on membership

After activating membership , workspace will be occupied

If workspace type is dedicated cabin and meeting room then all desks of workspace will be occupied.

Membership of space type is dedicated desks

If you selected workspace with space type dedicated desks then , the particular desks have to select for that.

Particular Desks are occupied

If space type is dedicated desks and membership with that workspace is activated then only selected desks became occupied.

Membership will expire automatically on expiry date by this scheduled action

Fill All Details and Click on Submit To Approve

Email will be sent to the user for the approve or reject request.

Access Request is Approved.

Email will be sent to the member and then Generate Payment.

Payment is linked.

Access Request is rejected

New window open for the reject reason

Email will be sent to the member.

Mass Mailing

Sent email to all member directly.
