The Coworking Workspace Management Odoo App is an innovative and comprehensive tool for managing
both coworking and co-living spaces within a single system. It helps you manage everything in
your business, from registering new members to assigning desks or beds, creating invoices,
handling access requests, and reviewing reports. Everything happens smoothly inside your Odoo
platform.
The process begins when someone visits your website and fills out a request form to book a
coworking desk or a co-living bed. The system automatically saves this request as a lead. Your
team can check the request, approve it, and turn it into a membership.
As an admin, you can create various types of membership plans, including daily, monthly, or
yearly plans. Based on the selected plan, you can assign a desk (for coworking) or a bed (for
co-living). You can also define desk types, such as hot desks, private cabins, or meeting rooms,
and bed types, including single, shared, or bunk beds. You can easily add amenities tags and set
access rules to control who can use which facilities.
Once the membership is approved, the system will generate an invoice. This can be either for
full payment or monthly payments. The member gets their invoice and membership details by email,
along with a PDF copy.
Members can also request additional services, such as booking a meeting room, event hall, or
shared space. If it's a paid service, the system will create a payment request. Admins receive
notifications by email to approve or reject the request, and the member is also informed of the
decision.
The app tracks when memberships are ending, sends automatic renewal reminders, and even asks
members to leave a rating or review. You can manage everything from the backend, including
floors, desks, beds, access settings, and member details.
The app also provides a powerful dashboard featuring bar charts, pie charts, and line graphs.
You can download reports in either Excel or PDF format. Additionally, the mass mailing tool
enables you to send updates to all members with a single click.
With this app, you get complete control over your coworking and co-living space all inside Odoo.
