Global Discount limit Approval odoo application allows you to set global discount limit on sale order, You have to configure pre-defined limit for sale order global discount. Sale order will goes into Waiting Approval state if global discount of sale order exceeds pre-defined limit

Sale Order goes into Waiting Approval state

Only user with below access right can confirm order from Waiting Approval state

Authenticated user confirms sale order

Finally, sale order is confirmed
