Global Discount Limit Approval
Global Discount Limit Odoo application enables you to set and enforce a predefined global
discount limit on sale orders. If the global discount on a sale order exceeds the configured
limit, the sale order is automatically moved to a Waiting Approval state, ensuring proper
oversight.
Only users with the "Allow Sale Discount Approval" access rights can confirm sale orders from
the Waiting Approval state. This functionality applies specifically to global discounts
calculated as a percentage, and it does not support fixed amount discounts. This app is ideal
for businesses aiming to maintain control over discounts and ensure compliance with pricing
policies.
Features
- Configure global discount limit for sale order
- Sale order will goes into Waiting Approval state if discount exceeds pre-defined limit
- Only user with Allow Sale Discount Approval access right can confirm sale order from Waiting Approval state
- Note : This functionality only work when global discount type is Percentage, It will not work on Fixed Amount
