Paying Guest Management in Odoo
Paying Guest Management is an Odoo application that helps optimize daily operations
related to PG. From the Lead to Booking to Agreement to Left, all stages are maintained very
carefully by our PG Management Solution in Odoo. You can easily add leads that you are getting
from the calls website or any other resources, and then you can schedule activities that help
you to win that Lead. Once the Lead is converted into an opportunity, then there is an option to
create a booking from the Lead. To create a booking, first, you have to configure something like
Room Type & Facilities, Agreement Type & Template, Tags, Property &
Maintenance Type, and Booking Source,pre-configuration of these can make your
booking process smoother. Then, to create a booking, we first have to create PGs that we have,
so under the PG menu, you will find the option to add a PG with necessary details like Room,
Bed, Facilities, Rules & Regulations, Contact info, and extra information that can be important.
If you want to make a direct booking without any lead, you can create a booking under the PG
menu. You can create bookings and manage the booking stages with the necessary details. You can
manage the deposits, payment options, Invoices, and agreements from the booking form. You can
share the booking details with customers or guests. On the left stage, it asks why the guest is
leaving the PG and refunds their deposit. You can also manage the guest's documents. Once the
booking gets confirmed, you can generate a PDF report.
There is an option for mass mailing that helps you share some documents or notices with multiple
guests at once. We have added the necessary graph or chart views and pivot views for booking
analysis. We have added reports to help you understand your booking history, bed status, and bed
allocation history in PDF and Excel formats.
We have added portal functionality for users or guests that can help them see their booking
details directly from the portal and can easily download or print their booking details only.
For better analysis, we have added an advanced dashboard that helps you make better decisions by
looking at the data in visual formats, which users, PG, guests, and Dates can filter. You can
change the type of chart using selection options. Individual charts can be downloaded in your
brochures or any other materials. Added functionality: clicking any portion of the chart will
show you the relevant data. Counters that help you to know your data very quickly. The good
thing is that you can download this dashboard as a PDF using the Print Button.

- Booking Stages: Track and manage booking stages, including the left stage where guests provide reasons for leaving and receive deposit refunds.
- Guest Document Management: Manage guest documents.
- Booking PDF Report Generation: Generate PDF reports for confirmed bookings.
- Mass Mailing: Send documents or notices to multiple guests simultaneously.
- Booking Analysis: Provide graph, chart, and pivot views for booking analysis, including booking history, bed status, and bed allocation history.
- Reporting: Generate reports in PDF and Excel formats for booking history, bed status, and bed allocation history.
- Guest Portal: Guests can access their booking details and download or print them directly from the portal.
