WhatsApp Sales Integration in Odoo

WhatsApp Sales Integration Odoo app keeps your customers updated on WhatsApp at the moments that matter in a sale, without anyone having to send a message by hand. When a sales order is confirmed, the customer automatically receives a WhatsApp message built from that order's own details, and you can attach the order PDF when the message calls for it. If an order is later cancelled, a cancellation note goes out the same way.

For quotations that are still open, a daily check sends a friendly reminder a set number of days before the quotation expires, nudging the customer to confirm while there is still time, and it is sent only once. Every message is recorded on the sales order, and a button on the order shows how many WhatsApp messages have gone out and opens the full list. You set it all up once per WhatsApp account, choosing which messages to send and which template to use. It is made for sales teams that want timely, reliable customer updates straight from Odoo Sales.

Auto Message on Order Confirmation

Set it up once, then let Odoo Sales reach your customers on WhatsApp at every key step, confirmation, cancellation, and just before a quotation runs out.

01Set It Up Once

On the WhatsApp account, open the Sales Integration tab, switch on the messages you want, and pick an approved template for each.

02Confirm an Order

Confirm the order as usual. The customer instantly receives a WhatsApp confirmation, with the order PDF attached if the template asks for it.

03Cancel if Needed

If you cancel the order, a short cancellation note is sent to the customer on WhatsApp without any extra work.

04Remind Before Expiry

For open quotations, a daily check sends a reminder the chosen number of days before the validity date, once per quotation.

05Everything Stays on the Order

Each message is logged on the sales order's chatter, and a button shows the WhatsApp message count and opens the full list.

Sales Integration on the Account

Each WhatsApp account gets a Sales Integration tab. Turn on order confirmation, order cancellation, and quotation expiry reminder messages, pick the approved template for each, choose a report to attach, and set how many days before expiry the reminder goes out.

In Settings, choose the default WhatsApp account each company sends from, so every sales message goes out from the right number even with several companies in one database.

Confirm a Quotation

Confirm a quotation from the sales order the way you always do. That single click is all it takes to trigger the WhatsApp confirmation to the customer.

As soon as the order moves to confirmed, the WhatsApp message goes out and a note is recorded on the order's chatter. A WhatsApp button at the top shows how many messages have been sent.

Cancel an Order

Cancelling an order is a normal click on the sales order. The customer notification is handled for you.

Is this app compatible with Odoo Enterprise?

Yes. It works with Odoo Community, Enterprise, and Odoo.sh. No extra configuration is needed for any edition.

What do I need before installing this?

This module builds on our WhatsApp Integration app, which connects your WhatsApp Business number and templates, and on the standard Odoo Sales app. Both are required.

When exactly is the confirmation message sent?

The moment a quotation becomes a confirmed sales order. You do not click anything extra, confirming the order is enough.

Can the order PDF be attached to the message?

Yes. When the confirmation template uses a document header, pick a report on the account and its PDF is generated and sent with the WhatsApp message.

Will the expiry reminder be sent more than once?

No. Each quotation gets the reminder only once. If you change the quotation's validity date, it becomes eligible for a fresh reminder.

Which WhatsApp number do the messages come from?

The default WhatsApp account set for the order's company, so each company in your database can send from its own number.
