FedEx Integration
This module delivers a powerful and seamless integration between Odoo and FedEx,
providing businesses with a reliable solution for managing end-to-end shipping workflows directly within Odoo.
It is designed to streamline logistics operations by automating key processes such as
Rate Calculation,
Shipping Label Generation,
Tracking Number Retrieval,
Multi-Package Support,
International Shipping,
Commercial Invoices,
and Customs Declarations.
This integration ensures accurate and real-time communication between Odoo and FedEx APIs. It supports
dynamic service selection based on weight, delivery location, and packaging preferences, automatically fetches
shipping rates at the quotation or delivery stage, and instantly confirms shipments with FedEx. Labels in formats like
PDF, ZPL, PNG, or EPL2 can be downloaded or printed directly from Odoo, improving operational efficiency.
Whether you’re processing single parcels or handling multi-collo shipments, this connector offers complete visibility and control over your shipping process.
By reducing manual data entry, ensuring compliance with FedEx requirements, and automating delivery operations,
it enhances customer satisfaction and operational accuracy all while keeping your logistics in sync with your Odoo workflows.
Screenshots
To activate the "Odoo FedEx Integration" module.
Go to the Inventory module and click on the 'FedEx Instance' submenu.
Enter the name, then go to the official FedEx Website.
Click "My Projects".
Click "Integration" Projects.
Copy the following: "API KEY", "SECRET KEY", "ACCOUNT", and "TEST URL".
Copy the "Test URL" Into the "API URL" field, "Account" into the "Account Number" field, "API KEY" into the "Client Key" field, and "Secret Key" into the "Client Secret" field.
Click on the "Settings" Submenu.
Enable the "packages" option.
Click on 'Delivery Methods'.
In the 'Provider' field, select 'FedEx'. Then, add the product to the 'Delivery Product' field and save.
Add the contact and product to the quotation, then click the 'Add Shipping' button.
Select 'FedEx' and then click the 'Add' button.
In the 'FedEx Integration' tab, select the delivery package type, and then click the 'Get FedEx Services' button.
Select 'FedEx Service' and then go to the 'Order Line' tab.
First, click the 'Update shipping cost' button. Subsequently, click the 'Update' button located within the Update Shipping Cost wizard.
Click on 'Quotation' and then the 'Confirm' button.
Click the 'Delivery' button.
Click on 'Put In Pack', then select the 'Delivery Package Type', and finally, save your changes.
Click the 'Validate' button.
Package tracking references were created successfully.
Invoice generated successfully.
Label generated successfully.
