Navigation : Attendance → Attendance Report
2.) Select Month and Employees
choose a specific month and select the employees for whom the attendance report will be generated.

3.) View Monthly XLS Report
Here, users can view the generated XLS attendance report, which clearly marks each employee's attendance with "P" for Present and "A" for Absent.
4.) Generate Report for All Employees
administrators can select the "All Employees" option to generate an attendance report for every employee in the organization for a specific month.
