Contract Recurring in Invoice

This Odoo module helps users manage contracts and subscriptions for products sold by their company. It enables recurring invoicing based on configured periods within sales subscription contracts. Users can create subscription products from the product view and set up contracts for these items, facilitating the generation of recurring invoices linked to Project/Analytic Accounts in Odoo. The module also includes features for printing project contract reports, enhancing the sales subscription process.

1) Products view:

Here user can see that while creating the products there is the Boolean for the "Is Contract /Warranty Product" if your product is contract type then user have to set the configuration of "Recurring Period" you have to specify the period of the contract.

Navigation : Sales → Products → Products

2) Quotation Templates view:


Here, in the quotation templates for the sale order user has to create the template for the product with recurring period mentioned.

Navigation : Sales → Configuration → Quotation Templates

3) Quotations view:

When ant user creates the new quotation they can see the Quotation Template, from where the user can select the template.

4) Sale Orders form view:

User can see the Account Analytic in the sale order quotation.

Navigation : Sales → Orders → Orders

5) Generate Invoice In Analytic Account:

Here user can see the "Contract Line" in analytic account. and user can generate invoice/renew the contract invoice with "GENERATE INVOICE/RENEW".

6) Sale Order Lines view from Quotation:

Within the "Sale Order Lines" user can see the other product that the user has selected in quotation(Normal product without contract).

7) Invoicing view:

Here users will create the Invoices for the Contract product manual.

8) Scheduled Actions:

Users can create the Scheduled actions to process the automatic generate invoices when the contract will get over.

Navigation : Settings → Technical → Scheduled Actions
