CRM Opportunity Purchase
The CRM Opportunity Purchase module enhances the CRM functionality by allowing users to create Request for Quotations (RFQs) or Purchase Orders directly from the CRM Opportunity or Pipeline. This feature enables efficient management of vendor selections, streamlining the purchasing process based on products listed in the CRM.
Highlight CRM Opportunity Purchase
Generate RFQs or POs directly from CRM opportunities or pipelines.
Automatically group product lines by vendor for easier RFQ creation.
View all RFQs/POs directly within the CRM Opportunity form.

Features
Create RFQ from CRM Opportunity:
Users can easily create an RFQ or Purchase Order using the "Create Vendor RFQ" button on the CRM Opportunity/Pipeline form.
Automatic Grouping by Vendor:
The module automatically groups product lines by vendor when generating RFQs from the opportunity form.
Smart Button for RFQs/POs:
A smart button on the Opportunity/Pipeline form allows users to view all created RFQs and Purchase Orders related to that opportunity.
CRM Reference Storage:
PThe CRM Opportunity reference is stored on the RFQ/Purchase Order form, ensuring easy traceability.

1) CRM Opportunity / Pipeline Form:
This screenshot shows the standard Odoo form with the "Create Vendor RFQ" button, enabling RFQ creation from the opportunity.

2) RFQs/POs from CRM Pipelines:
After creating RFQs/POs, users can see all created RFQs from the smart button on the opportunity/pipeline form
Navigation : CRM → Reporting → Pipline

3) Draft State List View of Created RFQs/POs:
Displays a list view of all created RFQs and Purchase Orders in a draft state.

4) Detailed View of Created RFQ/PO:
here user can see that in this Purchase Order, a product related to "Deco Addict" will come in the same purchase order. same for the other vendor too.

5) Purchase Order's Other Information view:
In this tab, the user can see the CRM opportunity by which they can identify the PO. The same for the other vendors.
