Customer Credit Limit Management

Automatic Credit Limit Validation in Sales Orders
Whenever a sales order is created or confirmed, the system automatically verifies whether the order total exceeds the customer's defined credit limit. If the limit is exceeded, the module immediately blocks the action and notifies the user with a clear error message.
Flexible Override Option for Managers
To accommodate special business scenarios, the module includes an Allow Override option within the customer configuration. When enabled by a manager, the system allows sales orders to proceed even if the order amount exceeds the predefined credit limit.

1.) Customer Contact Credit Limit Configuration
The customer contact form includes additional options for managing credit limits directly within the contact profile. Managers can define a specific credit threshold for each customer, making it easy to enforce financial policies at the individual account level.

4.) Sales Order Confirmation with Updated Credit Limit
Once the override option is enabled, larger sales orders can be confirmed successfully even if they exceed the original credit limit.
