Journal Restriction
This app allows administrators to control access to account journals by assigning specific journals to users or assigning users to journals, ensuring only authorized users can view or manage them.

Assign User in Journal for set Access:
Only an assigned user in the journal and the admin can access that journal.
Assign Journal to User for set Access:
Only an assigned Journal in the user and admin can access that journal.
Admin Access Journal:
User with Setting access rights can access all Journal records.

1) Assign Journal Restriction Group to User:
By Assigning Journal Restriction Group, the user is able to see fields of Journal and Users.
Navigation : Settings → Users & companies → User
2) Assign Journals to user:
Here, the Admin assigns Journals to the user.
Only Assigned Journals will be visible to that user.
3) Journal Restricted:
Here, only the assigned journal is visible to Marc Demo.
Navigation : Invoice → Journals
4) Assign Users in Journal:
Here, the admin can assign Users in the journal also, the assigned users in the Journal can access that journal.
Navigation : Invoice → Journal
5) Journal Accessed:
Assigned user (Marc Demo) in journal (Cash) can see Cash journal.
Navigation : Invoice → Journal
6) User with Setting Access Rights:
Here, the admin has access rights to setting.
Navigation : Setting → Users & Companies → Users
7) Admin Access Journals:
Here, the admin can access all journals.
