Purchase Order Own Access
This module allows you to restrict the visibility of purchase orders and request for quotations (RFQs) for
purchase representatives. Instead of seeing all purchase orders/RFQs, a purchase representative can only view
the orders assigned to them.
You can assign a specific purchase representative to each purchase order or RFQ. There are two security groups
for users:
Own Purchase Documents Only: Only the assigned purchase orders/RFQs are visible to the purchase
representative.
All Purchase Documents: All purchase orders/RFQs are visible to the purchase representative.
