Birthday Acknowledgment in POS Interface
Whenever a customer is selected during a Point of Sale session, the system automatically checks if today date matches the customer birthday. If it does, the POS screen displays a visible acknowledgment or notification (e.g. Happy Birthday - message, or similar).
Automatic Discount Application to Cart
When the selected customer is having their birthday (or is in the birthday period, depending on configuration), the module will automatically apply the configured discount to the customer cart.
Detail of Birthday Discount on Receipt
This ensures that the receipt issued at the end of a sale clearly shows the birthday discount: how much discount was given, that it was a birthday discount, etc. This transparency helps with customer satisfaction (they can see the benefit), and also helps with internal auditing.
