User-Specific Pricelist Restriction:
Allows admins to restrict certain pricelists from specific users.
Pricelist Creation Restriction:
Blocks users in the restricted group from creating new pricelists.
Pricelist Edit Restriction:
Blocks users in the restricted group from editing existing pricelists.

1) Applying Pricelist Restriction:
To restrict access, tick the Pricelist Restriction checkbox and select the pricelists you wish to limit for a particular user.
Navigation : Settings → Users & Companies → Users
2) Restricted Pricelist View:
Users will no longer see pricelists that have been restricted from their access.
3) Applying Creation Restriction:
Select the Pricelist Creation Restriction group to prevent the user from creating new pricelists.
4) Creation Restriction Error:
If a user with creation restrictions tries to create a new pricelist, an error message will display.
5) Applying Edit Restriction:
Select the Pricelist Edit Restriction group to prevent the user from editing pricelists.
6) Edit Restriction Error:
If a user with edit restrictions attempts to modify a pricelist, an error message will display.
