Sale Confirm Approval
Sale Confirm Approval is an Odoo module that introduces an approval workflow before confirming Sales Orders, ensuring that only authorized users can confirm orders.
Features
Configurable Sales Approval Settings
Administrators can define local users and super users directly from the sales settings. This flexibility allows businesses to control who can approve orders at each level, ensuring the right personnel are responsible for authorization.
Multi-Level Sale Order Validation
When a sales order is created, the module automatically generates validation lines based on the defined approval hierarchy. These lines track whether each required manager or admin has approved the order.
Approval Alerts and Super User Override
If an order lacks full approval, the system alerts the user and prevents confirmation. Super users, however, have the authority to override pending validations, enabling urgent approvals without compromising overall control.
