Website Delivery Date & Time Slots
Website Delivery Date & Time Slots allows customers to select their preferred delivery date and available time slot during the checkout process. Delivery schedules can be configured separately for each shipping method with working days, operating hours, slot intervals, preparation time, and advance booking limits. The selected delivery schedule is automatically stored with the sales order and is also visible in the customer portal, making delivery planning simple for both customers and administrators.

Delivery Date and Time Slot Selection
Customers can choose their preferred delivery date and available time slot directly during the checkout process. This helps businesses schedule deliveries more efficiently while giving customers greater flexibility.
Shipping Method Based Scheduling
Each delivery method can have its own delivery schedule. Working days, opening and closing hours, slot duration, preparation time, advance booking period, and maximum orders per slot can all be configured independently.
Smart Delivery Slot Management
Only valid delivery dates and available time slots are displayed to customers based on the configured schedule. Past dates and unavailable days are automatically excluded from the selection.
Delivery Information Stored with Sales Orders
The selected delivery date and time slot are automatically saved on the related quotation or sales order. Sales teams can easily view this information while processing customer orders.

1.) Enable Website Delivery Date & Time Slots :
The delivery scheduling feature can be enabled from the INKERP section in General Settings. Once activated, customers will be able to choose their preferred delivery date and time slot during website checkout. If not want to use the feature or want to dispable or pause the feature temporary then just disable this.

2.) Delivery Methods Configuration :
Each shipping method can have its own delivery schedule, allowing different delivery options to follow different business rules.

3.) Configure Delivery Time Slots :
Every delivery method includes a dedicated Delivery Time Slot tab where administrators can configure delivery behavior. Working days, opening and closing hours, slot intervals, preparation time, advance booking days, and maximum orders per slot can all be adjusted to match business requirements.
4.) Select a Delivery Date :
During checkout, customers can choose from the list of available delivery dates generated according to the configured delivery schedule. Only valid delivery dates are displayed, making the booking process simple and accurate.
5.) Choose an Available Time Slot :
After selecting a delivery date, customers can choose one of the available delivery time slots. The selected schedule is clearly displayed before the order is confirmed, helping customers verify their preferred delivery time.
6.) Delivery Schedule in the Sales Order :
The selected delivery date and time slot are automatically transferred to the related sales order. This allows warehouse and delivery teams to prepare and dispatch orders according to the customer's chosen schedule.
7.) Delivery Information in the Customer Portal :
Customers can view their selected delivery date and delivery time slot from the order details page in the customer portal. This provides easy access to delivery information even after the order has been placed.
