Website Product Request
Website Product Request gives customers a simple way to ask for products that are not currently available in the online store. Customers can provide the product name, reference link, description, and an image with an instant preview before submitting the request. Each request receives a unique reference number and can be followed from the customer portal. The sales team can review the request, approve or reject it, and create a new product directly from the approved information.
Features
Website Product Request Form
Customers can submit a request for any product they cannot find in the online shop. The form collects the product name, reference URL, image, and a detailed description to help the business understand the requirement.
Instant Product Image Preview
An uploaded product image appears immediately beside the request form. Customers can confirm that they selected the correct image before sending the request.
Unique Request Reference
Every submission receives an automatically generated reference number. Customers can use this number when discussing the request with the sales team or checking its progress later.
Create Product from an Approved Request
Approved requests can be converted into actual products through a guided wizard. The product name, image, and description are carried forward automatically, while the user can set the sales price, product type, category, and website publication status.
