WhatsApp Purchase Integration
The WhatsApp Purchase Integration module for Odoo allows businesses to seamlessly send purchase order details directly to vendors via WhatsApp.
Features
Direct WhatsApp Messaging from Purchase Order
This feature enables users to send a WhatsApp message directly to the vendor with the complete Purchase Order details. With a single click of the âWhatsApp POâ button, users can send all relevant information without leaving the Odoo interface.
Messaging in Draft and Confirm States
The module allows WhatsApp messages to be sent in both Draft/RFQ and Confirmed states of the purchase order. Whether the order is in the early stages of negotiation or has been confirmed, users can send a message at any point in the workflow.
Seamless WhatsApp Redirect with Pre-filled Messages
Once the user sends the Purchase Order details via WhatsApp, the system redirects them to the WhatsApp app with a draft message. Users simply need to click the send button to finalize the communication.

3.) Click Send Button
The last step in the process involves the user clicking the send button in WhatsApp to deliver the purchase order details to the vendor.
4.) Send Message in Draft/RFQ State
