The Projects Management System is an Odoo app designed to optimize the different processes involved in projects management. The app is designed to be user-friendly and easy to navigate. The app comes with a modern dashboard and reports that give you a clear overview of your project's status. You can easily create a work breakdown template that includes materials, labors, expenses, equipment, and subcontractor. You can create a project contract for construction projects and add a down payment and create an invoice. You can also add extra expenses and create an invoice from the project contract. The app also allows you to create a work breakdown structure (WBS) for the project. The WBS generated is divided by project units and before creating it, you can choose the unit (apartment, floor, building, and unit). Every WBS has the total cost for the chosen unit included. The app also allows you to track the progress of your project and add a completion request. The app also has a feature for tracking the progress of the project and to add a completion request. - After approval of the subcontractor acceptance requests, the amounts for this subcontracting are disbursed.
- You can Combine subcontract delivery requests into one completion request.
