âï¸ Configuration Options
Go to Settings â Invoicing and choose your preferred Operation Type for cancelling Invoice:
- Cancel Only: Cancels the invoice or payment without further action.
- Cancel and Reset to Draft: Cancels and resets the record to draft.
- Cancel and Delete: Cancels and deletes the record permanently.

ð ï¸ How to Use
- Navigate to Settings → Invoicing.
- Find the fields: Invoice Operation Type and Payment Operation Type.
- Choose your preferred operation for each process.
1ï¸â£ Cancel Only
This option cancels the invoice and updates the status to "Cancelled", without deleting the record. Linked Payment will also be cancelled if enabled.
2ï¸â£ Cancel and Reset to Draft
After cancellation, the invoice returns to the draft stage. You can now modify and reuse the invoice.
3ï¸â£ Cancel and Delete
The invoice is cancelled and immediately removed from the system along with any related payments.
4ï¸â£ Cancel Multiple Invoices
You can select multiple invoice from the list view and cancel them in bulk using the "Action" dropdown. Depending on the configuration, the selected invoice will be either cancelled, reset to draft, or deleted.
