Payments are automatically cancelled, reset or deleted according to the same rule, ensuring reconciliation is always clean.
1. Configure Once
Navigate to Settings â Accounting and scroll to the Cancel Configuration block.
- Invoice Operation Type
- Payment Operation Type
Both settings can use different strategies so you can, for example, delete cancelled invoices while only resetting payments to draft.
Cancel Only
Invoices and payments move to the cancelled state. Nothing is deleted, keeping full traceability.
Cancel & Reset to Draft
Quickly reopen invoices or payments for editing after the cancellation flow completes.
Cancel & Delete
Need a clean slate? Fully remove invoices and all associated payments once they are safely cancelled.
2. Trigger Actions from the Invoice List
Select multiple invoices and open the Action menu to access the correct mass action.
