How It Works
- Install the Module: Install the Employee Performance Appraisal module and access it from the Odoo dashboard. Configure grading and questionnaire settings before KPI creation.
- Create a KPI Questionnaire: Go to 'KPI Questionnaire' and create a set of questions to evaluate performance.
- Define Performance Grades: Set up grades (e.g., A, B, C) with corresponding score ranges and explanatory comments.
- Create KPI Deadline: Go to 'KPI Deadline' and input a start date and end date.
- Define the Score Configuration: Go to 'KPI Configuration' and input the score configuration to be used.
- Create a KPI: Fill in employee details, KPI period, start and end dates. Add objectives, success criteria and weightage.
- Submit for Review: Once the KPI is complete, manager submits it for employee review.
- Agree/Disagree: Employee reviews and agrees/disagrees to the set objectives.
- Approval Process: Managers review and approve KPIs. They can also leave remarks before finalizing approval.
- Employee Response: After approval, employees can input their actual results, fill the set questionnaire (e.g., core values), and click on employee review.
- Appraise: The final step is appraisal. Managers record final evaluations and grades and mark the KPI as appraised.
