Open any user and choose whether to hide selected menus or show only the menus that user should keep.
Step 2 — Add only menus the user can access
The selector shows accessible final menu entries, supports full-path search, and keeps parent navigation menus automatic.
Step 3 — Result: focused navigation for that user
The user sees only the allowed menus, while Odoo access rights and record rules continue to protect the underlying data.
Hide Mode
Select menus to remove. All nested submenus are hidden automatically — no manual configuration needed.
Show-Only Mode
Allow only selected menus. Required parent menus are included automatically for clean navigation.
Per-User Rules
Each user gets their own layout. Sales reps, accountants, and operators can all see exactly what they need.
Admin Safeguards
Superuser always bypasses rules. Optionally let administrators bypass too — configurable from Settings.
