This module provide functionality to add Evaluation plan for each individual employee. It will allow to set evaluation cycle based on scheduler of daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, bi-yearly and yearly basis. It will help you to do 360 degree evaluation/appraisal to set evaluation by Self, Superior, Junior and Clients.

Design Evaluation plan that will generate survey request automatically based on scheduler. Survey will help you to design your own evaluation form that will have multiple type of questions.

You can design evaluation form with question type numeric,text and textarea.For Numeric type question it will display slider.
