Design Evaluation Plan

This module provide functionality to add Evaluation plan for each individual employee. It will allow to set evaluation cycle based on scheduler of daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, bi-yearly and yearly basis. It will help you to do 360 degree evaluation/appraisal to set evaluation by Self, Superior, Junior and Clients.

Customizable Evaluation Plan Cycles

The module allows you to define evaluation cycles on a daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, bi-yearly, or yearly basis, making it adaptable to various organizational needs and employee assessment schedules.

Automated Survey Requests

Based on the predefined schedule, the system generates automated survey requests to employees, reducing the manual effort of initiating evaluation forms for each cycle.

Email and Popup Notifications

Employees receive email notifications about upcoming evaluations, and they are also notified via a popup notification when logging in.

The status bar shows a bell icon that, when clicked, displays all pending evaluation plans with the ability to select and complete the evaluation.

Design Evaluation Plan

  • Design Evaluation plan that will generate survey request automatically based on scheduler. Survey will help you to design your own evaluation form that will have multiple type of questions.
  • You can design evaluation form with question type numeric,text and textarea.For Numeric type question it will display slider.

Email Notification

  • Email notification is sent to the corresponding employee.

Popup Notification

  • When employee login with their credential they can find bell icon on status bar.
  • On click of that bell icon one popup box will open with all evaluation plans.
  • Selection box allow you to change evaluation form. Evaluation form will display as per selected option. Answer of selected evaluation form will be save.

Automated Scheduler

  • Pre-configured automated scheduler will help you to generate evaluation automatically.
