Please install the Employees Transliteration Extension

Employees Transliteration Extension

After installing the extension, you will see two additional fields on the HR employee information page: Translit Name and Translit Company. Two buttons: Transliterate to Ukrainian and Transliterate to English.
You cannot change them yourself directly.

After clicking one of the buttons you will see the transliterated version of the filled-in Name and Company Name fields in the corresponding fields according to the button's direction of transliteration.

If the transliteration direction matches the language of the field text, the text will be copied into the corresponding field.

Warnings In the Name and Company Name fields you can use special characters and digits in the names, but the first character must be a letter.
If you use special characters inside a word, and you chose Ukrainian transliteration, you will most likely get the wrong transliteration.

The ' character will be removed.
In Ukrainian language, the apostrophe will be added according to the rules of the Ukrainian language.
Capital letters in the middle of a word will be ignored.
Also, you must use only one language when filling in these fields. Otherwise, you will see an Error message.
