Create making styles and set their price in Inventory → Products → Making Style.
Jewellery Purity
Gold Purity
Define gold purity levels (e.g., 18K, 22K, 24K) in Inventory → Products → Jewellery Purity for accurate product classification.
GoldRate/Day
Daily Gold Rate - Enter the daily gold rate per gram; prices update automatically for products and sales.
Select the date, add the gold rate, and click Update; the gold price automatically changes to the new rate.
Products
- Products – Under Inventory → Products → Products, you can create and manage Gold Products by entering details such as product name, category, gold purity, weight, and other attributes.
- We can create gold products by entering details such as purity, making style, making charge, and gold waste.
- Sales Price is automatically calculated based on the current gold rate per day × product weight.
Purchase and Bill

Purchase Order –
Under Purchase → Orders → Requests for Quotation, you can
create a Gold Purchase Order by selecting the vendor and
product.
- Gold Rate: Enter the Gold Rate (per gram) for the day.
- Labour Charge: Automatically calculated as Product Weight × Making Charge per gram.
- Unit Price: Calculated based on the Product Cost Price.
- Subtotal: Derived by adding Unit Price + Labour Charge.
- Untaxed Amount: Total of all Subtotals before tax.
- Taxes: Applicable taxes (e.g., 15%) are added to compute the final total.
- Confirmation: Once verified, confirm the RFQ to generate the Purchase Order.
- After clicking the Receive Products button, the items are marked as received and automatically reflected in Inventory.
- Bill Generation – Once the goods are received, click the Upload Bill button. When the bill is uploaded, a Draft Bill is automatically created for that particular Purchase Order.
Sale and Invoice

Sales Order –
Under Sales → Orders → Quotations, you can create a Gold
Sales Order by selecting the customer and product.
- Gold Rate: Enter the Gold Rate (per gram) for the day.
- Labour Charge: Automatically calculated as Product Weight × Making Charge per gram.
- Unit Price: Calculated as Gold Rate × Product Weight.
- Subtotal: Derived by adding Unit Price + Labour Charge.
- Untaxed Amount: Total of all Subtotals before tax.
- Taxes: Applicable taxes (e.g., 15%) are added to compute the final total.
- Confirmation: When you click the Confirm button, the Quotation is converted into a Sales Order.
- Delivery Order Validation – After confirming a purchase or sales order, a delivery order is automatically created. You can review the details of the delivery order and validate it to mark the items as delivered in the inventory.
- Invoice Management – When the Create Invoice button is clicked, a draft invoice is generated for the particular sale order. Clicking Confirm validates the invoice, and then the Pay button allows the invoice to be paid.

Select a date, enter the new price, and click Update to change the gold rate.
Go to Products in inventory, select Jewellery type, and add product details.
Create making styles and define charges in the inventory; these can be applied to products.
Multiply the gold rate by product weight.
