Submit & Monitor Overtime Request Workflow

Once submitted, the request automatically moves through a status-driven approval flow: Line Manager - HR - Director. The top status bar keeps you informed of your requestâs current stage, while the chatter panel on the right ensures every update, approval, and rejection is fully logged for audit and transparency. Line Manager Review & Approval
Once an employee submits an overtime request, it automatically moves to the Line Manager Approval stage. At this point, the direct manager reviews the request details job title, department, and justification for overtime. This step ensures early-stage validation and enforces department-level oversight before HR engagement.
HR Review & Validation
In this stage, the overtime request has passed Line Manager approval and is now under HR Review.
