Enable the "hide product" setting into the product.
Create a new sales order, and select some products that are in the "Hide Product' setting enabled.
Only products with the 'Hide Product' setting disabled will appear in the reports for 'Quotation/Order' and 'PDF Quote' into the sales order.
Only products with the 'Hide Product' setting disabled will appear in the reports for 'Picking Operations' into the delivery.
Only products with the 'Hide Product' setting disabled will appear in the reports for 'Delivery Slip' into the delivery.

How do I hide a product from reports?
- Simply enable the “Hide in Reports” option on the product form. The product will then be excluded from Quotation, Sales Order, and Delivery PDF reports.
Which reports are affected by this app?
- This app hides selected products from standard Odoo reports, including: Quotation Report Sales Order Report Delivery (Picking) Report
Will this app affect backend product visibility?
- No. Hidden products remain fully visible in the Odoo backend for users; only printed reports are affected.
Can I still use the hidden products in orders?
- Yes. Hidden products can still be added to sales orders and delivery orders—they just won’t appear in the final printed documents.
