Lease Management
This module provides a comprehensive solution for managing lease agreements in Odoo, ensuring compliance with IFRS 16 accounting standards.
Installation
To install this module, you need to:
- Download the module from the Odoo App Store.
- Add the module to your Odoo addons path.
- Go to Apps, remove the "Apps" filter, and search for "Lease Management".
- Click "Install".
Configuration
No special configuration is required. Access rights can be managed from Settings > Users & Companies > Groups.
Usage
To create a new lease agreement:
- Navigate to the "Lease Management" menu.
- Click on "Lease Agreements".
- Click "Create".
- Fill in the required details like Property Owner, rent schedule, and interest rate.
- Click "Start Lease" to generate the full amortization and depreciation schedule.
