Lease Management

This module provides a comprehensive solution for managing lease agreements in Odoo, ensuring compliance with IFRS 16 accounting standards.

Installation

To install this module, you need to:

  1. Download the module from the Odoo App Store.
  2. Add the module to your Odoo addons path.
  3. Go to Apps, remove the "Apps" filter, and search for "Lease Management".
  4. Click "Install".

Configuration

No special configuration is required. Access rights can be managed from Settings > Users & Companies > Groups.

Usage

To create a new lease agreement:

  1. Navigate to the "Lease Management" menu.
  2. Click on "Lease Agreements".
  3. Click "Create".
  4. Fill in the required details like Property Owner, rent schedule, and interest rate.
  5. Click "Start Lease" to generate the full amortization and depreciation schedule.
