Installation
- Copy this module into your Odoo custom addons directory.
- Restart the Odoo server.
- Activate Developer Mode.
- Install the module from Apps → Portal Helpdesk Pro | Customer Helpdesk Ticket Manager | Self-Service Ticketing App
- Go to Helpdesk → Configuration → Stages and enable: - Allow Edit - Allow Delete per stage as needed.
- Customers can now create and manage tickets from their portal: Website → My Account → Helpdesk Tickets
