Read Messages With A Single Click.
Key Highlights
Read all messages with a single click.
By default, users can view the count of unread messages from the conversation systray icon.
To read all unread messages by a single click, navigate to users form view and click the "Read Messages" button inside the Preferences tab.
After clicking the "Read Messages" button, all unread messages are marked as read and become invisible from the conversation systray menu.
